Danielle, Crafty Chicks owner shares a little bit about herself:
“My name is Danielle, I am originally from Long Island New York. While working at Disney World in Orlando, I met my Husband and followed him back to the state of Washington where we now live. Crafty Chicks was started almost 4 years ago when I became pregnant with my daughter Addison. The company I was working for went out of business and I needed to help with the finances. Crafty Chicks began with selling hair clips and hand painted frames at our small town farmers market. The response was so overwhelming that I expanded to making tutus, headbands, costumes and dresses. With my love of sewing it was super fun to create new items. It took off pretty quick and Crafty Chicks was picked up by a toy store in town, which prompted me to go online. Going online was the best move I could make, I ran into Photo Prop Floors and Backdrops by chance and entered one of my Fairy costumes in their huge giveaway! I owe my facebook popularity all to PPFB!!Besides having met so many wonderful woman from all over the world and having had the honor of seeing my creations photographed in all style of photography, I am constantly reminded how blessed I am to be doing what I love and be able to contribute to my families finances!” ~Danielle, Crafty Chicks
